Please read the rules of conduct so that we can make sure you have a pleasant stay and that we avoid possible misunderstandings. By confirming the reservation and entering the accommodation unit, you are letting us know that you are familiar with said rules and that you will fully comply with them. Failure to follow the rules of conduct may result in the cancellation of the reservation and payment of the full price of the stay, regardless of the enforced early departure. If the guest does not accept the rules of conduct, they are obliged to leave the accommodation.

1. Upon arrival, please hand over the personal documents (passports or ID cards) of all guests for guest registration that must be carried out by the manager, i.e. the person who hands you the keys to the apartment(s).

2. The accommodation expenses are paid in person on the day of arrival or the next day at the latest. The payment can be made exclusively in HRK according to the service price list for the current year, which is displayed in the accommodation unit.

3. On the day of your arrival, you may enter the rented accommodation unit after 2 pm, while on the day of departure you are obliged to leave the accommodation by 10 am, unless otherwise agreed. Staying in the apartment after 10 am automatically entails payment for another day without the possibility of further stay in the accommodation unit. If the guest arrives at the booked accommodation on the day of arrival after 8 pm, they are obliged to call the contact person on +385 91 720 5152 and announce the late arrival beforehand.

4. The host will change your bed linen every 7 days and towels every 3 days. The guest is responsible for the cleanliness of the accommodation, and is obliged to maintain it. The host is not obliged to clean and tidy during the stay of the guests, or to take out the garbage.

5. The host reserves the right to enter the rented accommodation unit without notice and permission of the guest only under special circumstances where this is necessary to prevent possible damage or danger and when there is reasonable suspicion of a gross violation of the rules of conduct.

6. The host is not responsible for the property of the guests, but shall do everything in their power to protect it and warn the guests of possible dangers.

7. You can bring pets into the rented accommodation only with the permission of the host. Bringing pets without prior notice in the booking request is not allowed, and in that case the owner of the apartment and the agency have the full right to cancel the reservation.

8. It is not allowed to bring flammable and explosive substances and substances with a strong or unpleasant odor into the apartments. It is not allowed to bring electrical appliances into the apartment without prior consent of the host. Electricity consumption, which is included in the accommodation price, does not include additional electrical appliances, so additional electricity costs will be charged for every new appliance in the apartment in proportion to consumption, regardless of whether they were used or not. Please do not take things out of the apartment with you when you are leaving (towels, bed linen, chairs, tables, blankets and parasols).

9. Noise nuisance must be avoided from 11 pm to 8 am; do not disturb the host and their neighbors, as well as other guests in the house.

10. Please look after the rented room or apartment and turn off electrical appliances taps when you are not using them. In particular, do not leave the air conditioner on unnecessarily while you are not in the apartment and do not use it with the windows and doors open.

11. Without the express permission of the host, it is strictly forbidden to bring persons who are not users of the accommodation in question into the rented accommodation unit. If there are persons in there who had not been registered or not announced at the time of booking, the host and the agency have the full right to cancel the accommodation for all guests.

12. A guest who intentionally or unintentionally causes a malfunction or damage to the property will have to reimburse the host for the full amount of the damage caused. On the day of departure, the guest is obliged to invite the host of their own accord in order for the latter to inspect all rooms and household appliances in their presence so as to prove that the guest has not caused any damage. All damage not reported upon departure will be claimed from the guest later in court.

13. All complaints are taken into account only if they are reported during the stay. We do not accept subsequent complaints. All disputes that cannot be resolved amicably with the host or agency will be resolved by the intervention of the police or the court of Stara Novalja.
